1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on BetVault ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use BetVault. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that online skill-based gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of participation in your state or territory. BetVault does not accept registrations from users in states where such activities are explicitly prohibited by law.
3. Nature of the Game
BetVault is a skill-based color prediction game offered for entertainment purposes. Each round lasts 30 seconds. Players predict which color (Red, Green, or Violet) will be selected as the result. A correct prediction returns 2x the bet amount. The game outcome is determined by a server-side algorithm and is final. BetVault is not a lottery, casino, or gambling service as defined under the Public Gambling Act, 1867.
4. Account Registration & Security
You must register with a valid email address and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, multiple registrations, or abuse.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits: Funds are added to your BetVault wallet via UPI transfer. After transferring, you must submit the UTR number as proof. Deposits are credited after manual verification by our team, typically within 30 minutes during business hours.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. A minimum of one approved deposit is required before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals above ₹5,000 may require additional identity verification. We reserve the right to hold or reject withdrawal requests that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.
Refunds: Wallet balances are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical errors on our part. All decisions regarding refunds are at our sole discretion.
6. Bonuses & Referrals
Referral bonuses (₹50 per successful referral) are credited automatically when a referred user's first deposit is approved. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be withdrawn directly — they must be used for gameplay first. We reserve the right to revoke bonuses obtained through fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or abuse of the referral system.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses; (b) use bots, scripts, or automated tools; (c) collude with other players; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate the game algorithm; (e) use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity; (f) harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our support team. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.
8. Responsible Gaming
BetVault encourages responsible gaming. If you feel you are spending more than you can afford, please stop playing and seek help. You may contact us at [email protected] to request a voluntary account suspension. We do not offer credit or loans for gameplay under any circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
BetVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to incorrect predictions, technical downtime, or third-party payment failures. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount currently held in your BetVault wallet.
10. Privacy
We collect your email address and gameplay data to operate the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your UPI details submitted for deposit verification are used solely for transaction processing and are not stored beyond the verification period. By using the Platform you consent to this data usage.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your wallet balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to fraud or abuse. For terminations not related to misconduct, any remaining balance will be refunded at our discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of BetVault shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. By using the Platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
